The use of the website or the placing of an order through it implies full acceptance of the "General Contract Conditions" described here, with respect to which ISOGONA reserves the right to unilaterally modify them at any time, being the applicable conditions in force at all times those that are published on the website.


By using this website and/or placing orders through it, you agree to:

  1. Make use of this website only to make inquiries and/or legally valid orders.
  2. Do not make any false or fraudulent order. If it could reasonably be considered that an order of this nature has been made, we will be authorized to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
  • Provide us with your email address, postal address and other contact information truthfully and accurately. Likewise, you expressly consent that we may use said information to contact you if necessary ( see Privacy Policy section ). If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order.

    The items offered through this website are only available for shipment to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

    For security reasons, purchases of more than €3,000 or more than 50 items per order cannot be made.

    1. PRICE.

    1. PAYMENT.

    The customer must notify ISOGONA, where appropriate, of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or by telephone, as soon as possible so that it can carry out the appropriate procedures. ISOGONA is not responsible for the application of this type of security policy.

    1. DELIVERY.

    All orders to Peninsular Spain are made through MRW. If you make your purchase in our BRA store from Monday to Thursday before 4:00 p.m., you will receive your order during the next business day (within 24 hours). If you place the order after 4:00 p.m., you will receive it after one more day, before 48 hours.

    In the case of placing the order on Friday afternoon or during the weekend, it will arrive on Tuesday (if it is a holiday, it will be delivered the next working day).

    In the case of orders destined for the Balearic Islands, shipments are made through Tipsa and take 4 to 5 business days to arrive.

    6.1 Home delivery:

    Standard shipping: Shipping is free for orders over 30 euros of purchase. In case of making a purchase of a lower amount, a transport cost of 4 euros will be applied. Delivery will always be in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands.

    The address indicated by the client may be a home address, a place of work or any other address indicated. The billing address and shipping address do not need to match.

    6.2 Incidents in the delivery: In the event that it is not possible to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and will try to contact the recipient by phone. After two (2) failed attempts, it is the customer who must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.


    There are different procedures for making changes, returns and withdrawals. Next, we will describe the characteristics of each of them, as well as their costs and conditions.

    1. Change: the substitution of a product for another from the store is considered an exchange.
    2. Return: in case of tare or defect.
    3. Withdrawal: by decision of the client.

    All products that are to be exchanged or returned must be properly packaged, if possible, in their original packaging.

    You can exchange or return any product as long as it has not been used. After calling us, we will contact the transport agency so that they can pick up the product (you can deliver the product, if applicable, in the same box where you received it). In the case of a change, the carrier that delivers the chosen new product will be the one who will collect the product to be returned.

    The money for the exchange or return (or the difference in amount in the event of an exchange for another product of lesser value) will be made through the same payment method that you used to make the purchase or through a discount voucher (no date of expiration).

    7.2 Withdrawal Conditions:

    7.2.1.- Right of withdrawal: If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days without the need for justification.

    The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the purchased product, from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods or in case of that the goods that make up your order be delivered separately, fourteen (14) calendar days after the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods.

    To withdraw, you may use the withdrawal form model that appears as an Annex at the end of these Conditions, although its use is not mandatory.     7.2.2. Consequences of withdrawal: Once the withdrawal has been formalized and the item has been returned properly packaged, if possible in its original packaging, the price will be returned as soon as possible, and in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days. following.

    We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you indicate otherwise, for which you must expressly detail in your withdrawal the new means of payment through which you wish us to make the refund. . You will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.

    Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.


    If incidents occur regarding your supply or if there are no products in stock, you will be informed immediately and the amount of the product or products out of stock will be reimbursed. ISOGONA will reimburse the corresponding amount without undue delay and, in any case, before fourteen (14) calendar days have elapsed. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid. The data on stock availability in the physical store that is reflected on our website is intended to be exact but is indicative and may vary depending on the purchases.


    The legal guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

    The term of this warranty is three (3) years from the date of receipt of the product at the address indicated for this purpose, and covers possible manufacturing defects, and does NOT cover defects resulting from misuse of the product. product, nor those derived from improper or inadequate use, nor damage caused by blows.

ISOGONA will inform the client of the concurrence, if applicable, of fortuitous event or force majeure within seven (7) days after its occurrence. In the event that said suspension is extended beyond a period of fifteen (15) days, the customer will then have the possibility of rescinding the order in progress and will then proceed to reimbursement under the conditions provided in point 6 of the these General Conditions of Purchase.


    These General Purchase Conditions are subject to Spanish law. Being applicable (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) in everything that is not provided for in this contract.
