How can I find a nearby store with BRA products?

You may want to see the product live. In that case, you should know that most probably there is a store with our product ranges close to you. If you want to find your nearest store, you can call us at +34 977 608 810 and we will inform where you can find it.

Is it safe to buy in BRA online store?

Yes. You should know that BRA Isogona uses one of the most powerful and popular e-commerce platforms in existence to ensure that your personal and bank card details are completely secure. During payment processing, all data and information sent between the bank of the payer and the bank of the recipient is stored securely.

How can I pay for the order?

Throughout the purchase process and after providing your delivery information, you will see the payment options. You can pay by credit card or debit card, and through Paypal. None of these means of payment has any additional cost.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery conditions for Spain and Portugal:

Orders are delivered in 1 or 2 business days.

If you make your purchase from Monday to Thursday before 4:00 p.m., you will receive your order during the next business day (within 24 hours). If you place the order after 4:00 p.m., you will receive it after one more day, before 48 hours.

In the case of placing an order on Friday afternoon or during the weekend, it will arrive on Tuesday (if it is a holiday, it will be delivered the next working day).

Delivery conditions for Balearic Islands:

Orders are delivered in 1 or 2 business days.

Delivery conditions for Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Slovenia:

Orders are delivered in 4 or 5 business days.

Can I receive my order to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

Unfortunately, at the moment the system does not allow us to ship beyond Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands. But we are working on it to be able to offer an answer soon.

Can I make a purchase from abroad?

Yes. We ship to: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Slovenia.

If you live in another country and you want to place an order, you can contact us to see if it is possible.

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping in Spain Mainland and Portugal is 4€ and it is free of charge for purchases above 30€.

The shipping in Balearic Islands is 4€ and and it is free of charge for purchases above 30€.

The shipping is 12€ in Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Slovenia.

How can I make a return?

We are sure that you will love BRA products! Despite that, if you receive the product and you have doubts about the chosen size or for any reason you decide to change or return the product, contact us by email ( tienda@cocinaconbra.com ).
We will contact the transport agency so that they can pick up the product (you can deliver the product in the same box in which you received it). In the case of a change, the carrier that delivers the new chosen product will be the one who will collect the product to be returned.
The refund money will be made to the same payment method that you had used to make the purchase.
The returns and changes are free of charge in Spain Mainland, Balearic Islands and Portugal and it has a cost of 12€ for other countries.
