The Advance stainless steel drainer has a sleek and elegant design, offering great durability and resistance in the kitchen. It's suitable for pots of 24cm in diameter.
Perfect for use as a colander, both to drain liquid from cooked pasta or to filter a broth or fume. It also works great as a container for steaming vegetables, pulses and fish, or even to cook hard-boiled eggs at the same time as your vegetables boil in the pot. Its large diameter means it can also be used to drain oil from potatoes, chips or croquettes after frying, helping prevent them from going soft, or even to filter the oil from fried potatoes before adding them to egg to make delicious Spanish omelettes. A very practical, elegant and versatile colander that also works as a simple steamer.
