The Market grill has been designed to offer the best cooking results combined with a Teflon Profile non-stick coating that's ultra-resistant to wear and scratching. Its handle is removable, with the perfect fit for easy assembly and storage, as well as dishwasher and oven use.
Its body is made of cast aluminium and, thanks to its full induction diffuser base, it's also suitable for all heat sources (including induction). It also has excellent temperature distribution for the perfect cooking of all your favourite recipes.
The handle is removable and made from beech wood, treated and certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), which guarantees controlled and sustainable production.
It's the ideal grill pan for simple and healthy cooking. Its wide diffuser base is perfect for cooking both meat and fish, as well as any accompanying side dish, while its grooves help separate the fat from the food for healthier results. You can prepare delicious lunches and dinners quickly, with little fat, and without having to worry about anything sticking to the pan. Bushing the grill pan with your everyday or seasoned oils can give meat or fish a different flavour each time. Cook delicious, healthy dishes with a special touch: hake fillets with green asparagus and some prawn oil, beef entrecôte with your choice of mushrooms and truffle or boletus oil, grilled mixed vegetables with garlic oil, squid with slices of courgette and olive oil, or mussels opened on the grill with a little pepper.
