The 4+7 set is incredibly functional – you can even oven bake in the cast aluminium pot. It’s perfect for both fast pressure-cooking and traditional slow cooking in either pot. You can make purées, creams, chicken stock, in either of the two pots, controlling the cooking thanks to the glass lid or in a very short time with the exprés pot lid. You can quickly and efficiently whip up vegetable casseroles, beef or chicken stews, or even a tasty chicken escabeche by pressure-cooking them using the exprés pot lid. Or why not sear some chicken or pork cheeks with a little oil in the cast aluminium pan and, accompanied by some vegetables or mushrooms, place it in the oven to roast. And with the steaming basket, which works in both pots, you can make a whole range of healthy steamed meals, from a slice of hake with potatoes to vegetables for a salad.
