The Essential stainless steel roaster combines a sober and highly functional design with a glossy finish. Its handles are very ergonomic, which allows it to be held comfortably.

It is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its triple diffuser bottom full induction . In addition, it has an excellent temperature distribution for perfect cooking of all our recipes.

The roaster includes a tempered glass lid to ensure optimal heat resistance, with a stainless steel ring.

With the Essential roaster you can prepare a multitude of recipes, both in the oven and in the kitchen at home. You will achieve perfect results when roasting the meat, fish or vegetables that you like the most, and you can also make delicious biscuits, cakes and breads. Cooking any food with it is quick and easy. From artichokes seasoned with a little oil, salt and pepper, to roast potatoes sprinkled with thyme, baked tomatoes with Provencal herbs or even aubergines stuffed with meat and gratin in the same roaster. It is ideal for cooking any piece of meat in less time and with a lot of flavor. Its glass lid helps retain the heat and steam from cooking, while allowing you to observe the cooking process at all times. A round of veal marked first in the fire, some cheeks with vegetables, or a pork tenderloin with mustard, will remain at their point of baking in the roaster. In the same way that a sea bream with a bed of potatoes, onion and tomato will be delicious, some salmon fillets with salt, oil and a little pepper or some sardines with garlic and parsley. Not only is it perfect for cooking in the oven, but it also allows you to prepare popular dishes on the stove such as stewed potatoes with pork ribs, chicken rice with vegetables, meatballs with peas or macaroni with bolognese sauce.
