The Market pan has been designed to offer the best cooking results combined with a Teflon Profile non-stick coating that's ultra resistant to wear and scratching. Its beech wood handle is removable, with the perfect fit for easy assembly and storage as well as dishwasher and oven use.

Its body is made of cast aluminium and, thanks to its full induction  diffuser base, it's also suitable for all heat sources (including induction). It also has excellent temperature distribution for the perfect cooking of all your favourite recipes.

The handle is removable and made from beech wood, treated and certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), which guarantees controlled and sustainable production.  

It's the ideal frying pan for making countless recipes, both on the hob and in the oven, thanks to its convenient removable handle. With the same pan you can sear your meat or chicken on the stove, finish roasting it in the oven, and accompany it with some potato or courgette slices.  The smaller pans are perfect for preparing sauces or frying eggs, while in the larger ones you can cook fish, fry breaded fillets or sizzle some mushrooms. They're great for sautéing vegetables or, for example, preparing mushroom scrambled eggs, as well as for making Bolognese sauce, any carbonara-style pasta or even for cooking the béchamel sauce for croquettes. The smaller pans are the perfect size for frying croquettes, dumplings, fritters and doughnuts – quickly, efficiently and all the while maintaining the perfect oil temperature. You'll be amazed how easy is it to prepare your dishes and how well they turn out in the oven. You can cook some Provencal tomatoes on the hob and then grill them in the same pan. You can bake a delicious dessert by covering apples and pears with a little butter and cinnamon, removing the pan handle, and baking them in the oven. It's also perfect for making a delicious tarte tatin, a giant pan-sized cookie, or even a cherry clafoutis.
