The Silver Plus pan is ideal for making all kinds of recipes thanks to the range of different sizes. You can prepare sauces or make fried eggs in the smaller ones, while in the larger ones you can sear meat, cook fish, grill chicken breast, brown some breaded tenderloin fillets and fry potatoes to accompany them. They're great for sautéing vegetables or, for example, preparing mushroom scrambled eggs, Bolognese sauce, any carbonara-style pasta or even for cooking the béchamel sauce for croquettes. The smaller pans are the perfect size and height for frying croquettes, dumplings, fritters and doughnuts – quickly, efficiently and all the while maintaining the perfect oil temperature. In all sizes, the pans provide an extraordinary cooking experience, with a non-stick coating that also makes them very easy to clean.
