Trenza hojaldre y crema de frutos secos
La trenza de hojaldre y crema de frutos secos es una delicia que combina la ligereza y crujiente del hojaldre con la cremosidad y el sabor intenso de los frutos secos. Esta receta no solo es visualmente atractiva, sino que también es un placer para el paladar, perfecta para cualquier ocasión especial o simplemente para disfrutar con una taza de café o té.
1 placa de hojaldre
250 gr de avellanas
200 gr almendras
1 tableta de chocolate
Aceite para pintar el hojaldre
Azúcar glas para decorar
PASOS:
1. Extendemos las avellanas y las almendras en la parrilla y horneamos hasta que estén doradas
2. En un procesador de alimentos añadimos los frutos secos (reservaremos unos pocos para decorar) y le damos a máxima potencia. Vamos moviendo hasta que nos quede una crema suave y de textura cremosa
3. Extendemos el hojaldre y lo pinchamos con un tenedor y ponemos la tableta encima en el centro, añadimos la crema de frutos secos por encima y hacemos cortes en diagonal (Como ves en el video)
4. La cerramos en forma de trenza, pintamos con aceite y añadimos algunos trozos de avellanas y almendras que hayamos reservado.
5. Horneamos según las instrucciones de nuestro hojaldre.
6. Espolvoreamos azúcar glas y ¡a disfrutar!
