Spinach Christmas Tree
This delicious starter is going to be the star (well, the tree!) of this Christmas on the table, because in addition to being fun, it is delicious. Easy and also results. You can also create your own version with another filling... or even make it sweet!

Ingredients
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 puff pastry plates
500 g of spinach
50ml olive oil
50g of flour
1L of milk (approximately)
A pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg
Steps
1. Cut the onion and garlic and sauté them well in the pan.
2. Add the spinach and let it cook along with the onion and garlic.
3. Prepare the bechamel by heating the oil in the pan and then adding the flour.
4. We mix well and add the milk little by little while we integrate everything with the help of some whisks.
5. Season the béchamel with salt and pepper and add the nutmeg.
6. We mix the bechamel with the spinach.
7. We shape the puff pastry sheets into a tree. We fill with the spinach mixture and close the puff pastry tree.
8. Decoratively, we will make the cuts in the puff pastry and roll each “branch” of the tree around itself.
