We start by mixing the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside. This will make the sauce even have a lemon flavor. We cut the breasts into thick fillets and then cut them first into strips and then into squares. We reserve. We prepare a large plate with the cornstarch and reserve. In a large bowl, mix the eggs with the salt and cornstarch. Pour the chicken into this mixture and stir well so that all the pieces are well covered. We transfer them to the plate with cornstarch and with the help of a strainer we eliminate the leftover cornstarch. In a deep frying pan we heat plenty of oil. When the oil is very hot, we drop the chicken in with the help of the strainer (this way we won't burn ourselves). We let it brown  so that it is crispy (the cornstarch does not brown almost but when you move the chicken with the slotted spoon, we will notice that it is already crispy). We transfer to a plate with absorbent paper.
