Lemon spaghetti with prawns

A perfect recipe to bid farewell to the summer that's already drawing to a close. An easy yet delicious recipe that will transport you to the beach even in the depths of winter.
Ingredients:
Ingredients for the shrimp:
- 500 g of prawns
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- A few sprigs of chopped fresh parsley
- 100 ml of white wine
- Salt
- Black pepper
Ingredients for the spaghetti:
- 500 g of spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 60 g of butter
- The zest and juice of one lemon
Preparation:

We season the prawns with salt and pepper and coat them in oil.

In a frying pan , sear them on both sides . Remove from the pan and brown the garlic in the same oil. Return the prawns, add the wine and parsley, and bring to a boil. Set aside.

Bring plenty of salted water to a boil. When it comes to a boil, cook the pasta al dente.

Meanwhile, in a frying pan, heat the oil with half the butter. Add the lemon zest and juice. Stir a few times to emulsify the sauce and add the pasta with the remaining butter and 3 tablespoons of the cooking water.

We stir a few times and serve with the prawns and their sauce on top.
