The smaller pans are the perfect size for frying croquettes, empanadillas, buñuelos, dumplings, fritters and doughnuts – quickly, efficiently and all the while maintaining the perfect oil temperature. You'll be amazed how easy is it to prepare your dishes and how well they turn out in the oven. You can cook some Provencal tomatoes on the hob and then grill them in the same pan. You can bake a delicious dessert by covering apples and pears with a little butter and cinnamon, removing the pan handle, and baking them in the oven.
