lemon pasta
When we think of pasta recipes, most of us are sure that tomato and meat sauce comes to mind, but although it may not seem like it, there are many other options. Today we present an ideal recipe for summer and perfect as a fish garnish.
Ingredients: 2 servings
Difficulty: easy
Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
170g noodles
20g butter
65 ml lemon juice
30 ml cooking cream
Zest of 1 lemon
Grated parmesan
Fresh parsley
Salt
Preparation:
We cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, we will cook it a couple of minutes less than the manufacturer indicates.
While the pasta is cooking we are going to prepare the sauce. In a 24 cm Efficient PRO frying pan, add the butter, when it has melted, add the lemon zest, cook for a couple of minutes and pour in the lemon juice, 2 more minutes and add the already cooked pasta, the cream and a little of the cooking water, stir and let the sauce reduce.
We serve, add grated parmesan, lemon zest and chopped fresh parsley.
