Creamy Mushrooms

Ingredients:
400 gr of mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1 small onion
1/2 cup vegetable broth
Cherry tomatoes
Soy cream
Baby spinach
Mozzarella style cheese
Dried oregano and thyme
Fresh parsley
Oil
Salt and pepper
Steps:
Chop the onion and garlic.
In our Bra efficient frying pan, add a splash of oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the mushrooms and sauté, then add the cherry tomatoes.
Pour in the vegetable broth and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add the soy cream, dried spices and baby spinach. Stir in the mozzarella cheese and fresh parsley. Let it melt and it's ready to serve!
