Entrecote with green pepper sauce
Today we bring a perfect sauce to accompany your grilled meats. A very simple pepper sauce to prepare to accompany you with your meats and why not, also with your vegetables
Servings: 4
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
2 beef entrecote
50g of butter
2 shallots
60ml beef broth
200 ml of cream with 35% fat
100 ml of brandy
2 tablespoons green peppercorns
A little ground black pepper
½ teaspoon of salt
Preparation:
Chop the shallots as finely as possible.
In a saucepan, heat the butter with the shallots. Sauté them over low heat until translucent. Then add the green peppercorns and give a few turns.
Now add the brandy and broth. Bring to a boil and wait for the alcohol to evaporate a bit.
Then add the cream and season with salt. Let cook over low heat until the sauce thickens.
Meanwhile we heat the Efficient grill and when it is very hot we paint with a little olive oil.
Season the meat and place an entrecote on the grill. We leave without touching for 1 minute and a half or two minutes depending on how we like the point of the meat. We turn around and repeat.
We serve with our favorite vegetables and with our pepper sauce.
