Zucchini gratin with meat.
This gratin is perfect for improvising an easy and delicious dinner. To make it we have used the Market pan from @cocinaconbra, which is very comfortable, since after frying the ingredients, we remove the mango and take it directly to the oven.
Ingredients: ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 large zucchini
150 g of fried tomato
300 g mixed minced meat
Mozzarella cheese
Salt
Oil
Black pepper
60 g grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation:⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Wash and cut the zucchini into thin slices.
Cook in the Market skillet with a little oil and salt for a few minutes on the grill over and over again. Remove the zucchini and cook the minced meat, with salt, black pepper and a little fried tomato.
Remove the meat, and put a little of the tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan.
Place a layer of zucchini, one of meat with tomato and a layer of cheese. Repeat, zucchini, meat and cheese.
To finish you can put a little oregano.
Take to the preheated oven and remove the handle from the Market pan.
Gratin in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 190ºC. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
