These are the favorite potatoes at home to accompany our meat or egg meals at home.
They are healthy because they are not fried, which eliminates much of the fat, and they remain crispy thanks to high-temperature baking.
A good iron for the oven like the Market de Bra is essential, which is undoubtedly one of my essentials in the kitchen.
Preparation time: 35 minutes
- 3 large potatoes
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
- ½ teaspoon of hot paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Drain them well and put them in a bowl Bra . Add the oil and spices mixing well so that all the potatoes are well impregnated.
We place them on the Market plate . It is important that they remain in a single layer.
We bake at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes depending on how crispy we want them. If we see that they brown a lot, we can turn them over halfway through cooking.
Serve with mayonnaise sauce and tomato ketchup and enjoy!
