Garlic chicken
A classic in our recipe book that never fails, it is a simple recipe that can be adapted to any type of meat or seafood, although one of the most typical is chicken or rabbit with garlic.

Ingredients:
1/2 free-range chicken, chopped
6-8 garlic
100 ml white wine
200 ml chicken broth
Fresh parsley
Extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper
Salt
Accompaniment: French fries
Preparation:
Peel and slice the garlic, we need between 6 and a whole head of garlic depending on the size. Pour a splash of oil into a SIGNATURE stainless steel frying pan and brown the garlic. We do this to flavor the oil, once browned we remove them and set aside.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and put it in the same pan, brown on all sides. Once golden, add the garlic and pour the white wine, let it reduce for 5 minutes over high heat.
Pour in the chicken broth and cook for 15 minutes. We sprinkle fresh chopped parsley and we already have one of the best chicken stews in our cuisine, of course! We serve accompanied by fries.
