Quesadillas with vegetables
What better plan than these delicious and simple quesadillas to go one step further with a good grilled vegetables. And with the Daily Pro collection everything is simpler and more appealing. Write down the ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 100ml of cream
- 2 handfuls of cheese
- 1 tsp pepper
- A little cayenne
- Garlic powder to taste
- Spiced oil with onion powder, parsley, pepper and chili
- Quesadilla or fajita bread
Steps:
1. We cut the vegetables into slices
2. We cook them on the grill with a little spiced oil to get flavor
3. In the pan we prepare the cheese sauce, heating the cream with the cheese, pepper, cayenne and a touch of garlic powder. When we have a homogeneous sauce, we reserve
4. On the griddle we heat the fajita bread, add the cheese sauce and spread. We place the vegetables in one half, fold the bread on top to close the quesadilla and turn it over so that it cooks well on both sides.
