Anise and orange donuts
With this sweet recipe for anise and orange donuts, the Christmas season is officially inaugurated, those magical moments of the year full of magic , family and friendship.
Ingredients
• 400 g of flour
• 65 g sesame
• 100 g of icing sugar
• 150 g of lard
• 2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 3 tablespoons of sweet anise
• the zest of a lemon
• 90 ml of sweet wine
• icing sugar to decorate
Preparation
We preheat the oven to 160ºC.
In an Efficient frying pan toast the sesame and do the same with the flour
Sift the flour and add the cinnamon, orange zest, icing sugar and sesame.
We mix and add the butter. Mix well and add the muscat wine and anise.
Knead with your hands and spread with the help of a rolling pin between two papers. We have to have a plate that is at least 1.5 cm thick.
With the help of a round cookie cutter, we cut the donuts and make a hole in the center.
We bake the donuts for 15 minutes on an Efficient baking tray on which we will have placed baking paper.
Once cold, sprinkle with icing sugar.
