This is one of those recipes with which sin takes on another meaning. Today we prepare it with salmon but you can do it with hake, fish or cod.
You can finish it grilled if you prefer, but baked is very easy because everything is done at the same time.
60ml soy sauce
55g brown sugar
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 salmon fillets
In a bowl put all the ingredients except the salmon and mix well. We put the salmon inside and let it marinate for at least 2 hours (best overnight).
After this time, place the salmon on a Foodie tray and bake at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes.
We serve with white rice and a few sesame seeds on top.
