Eggplant tatin
Don't miss this salty eggplant tatin , it will conquer you with its flavor and great juiciness. Ideal to take as a starter in any situation.
Ingredients for the dough
- 100g of Flour
- 60g of Butter
- 50g of Water
- 1 tsp of Salt
Ingredients for the Tatin
- 1 Eggplant
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 50g almonds
Steps:
1. Mix the flour with the butter in a bowl, knead well and then add the water and salt; Continue kneading and once it is ready, let it rest in the refrigerator wrapped in film.
2. Cut the eggplant and tomatoes into slices and chop the almonds. +
3. Cook the eggplant in the pan and once ready, set aside.
4. In the pan we add the almonds with a little oil, the tomatoes and the eggplants.
5. Then we cover with the dough and let it cook. We turn it over and finish cooking the dough underneath. This with the foodie pan greatly simplifies the process.

Sería maravilloso que la receta nos indicará el tiempo de elaboración. El tiempo de amasado, de reposo en el frigorífico de la masa. Y el tiempo de cocción de la tatín. Yo cuando la he elaborado ha sido en el horno y con fruta y siempre indico el tiempo y la temperatura pues es importante para una correcta elaboración. Gracias.
