1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company Isogona SL. with registered office at Carrer Basters, 4 Valls (Tarragona) and identification number B-60184843 is organizing for promotional purposes the DRAW (hereinafter, "the Promotion ") of national scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users resident in Spain and of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the section on conditions for participation.

2.-START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will start on 29.10.2024 and end on 7.01.2025.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be the following:

• Those who reside in Spain and are over 18 years of age may participate.
• Participants may only participate with one email address. Participants found to be participating with multiple email addresses will be disqualified.
• Participants may only register once for this promotion.

One winner and one alternate will be chosen randomly through the Easypromos platform.

Easypromos is a platform that guarantees the transparency of the results of the draw and, as proof of this, issues a certificate of validity for each of its draws, the result of which cannot be altered by the organizer of the draw, and which any participating user can request from the organizer.

4.- PROMOTION PRIZE

The winner(s) will receive as a prize the BRA Ambassadors Pack consisting of:

5.- LIMITATIONS

If it is found that any of the participants does not meet the requirements set out in the Rules, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

The following persons may not participate in the Promotion: (i) Employees employed by any of the companies and other entities with legal personality linked to Isogona SL. Natural persons who directly or indirectly participate in the capital of Isogona SL. Any other natural person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organisation of this Competition or has been directly or indirectly involved in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.).

The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and may not be exchanged for any other product or for money.

Isogona reserves the right, if there is just cause and after prior notification in legal form, to make any changes, suspend or extend this Promotion.

Any fiscal or tax burden that acceptance of the prize may entail, as well as any other expense derived from the promotion that is not expressly assumed by Isogona in these Legal Bases, will be borne by the winner.

A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date of the award of the prize is established to make any justified claim. Isogona reserves, in case of necessity, the right to replace the prize with another of similar characteristics.

6.- EXONERATION OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion, and we do not assume any responsibility for any damage or loss of any kind that the Participants, winner or third parties may suffer.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of Isogona and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.

7.- CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional rules, provided that this does not harm or undermine the rights of the participants in the Promotion.

8.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valls (Tarragona) will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
