Chicken bao with BBQ sauce
Making chicken with barbecue sauce has never been easier, in 10 minutes you will have a dinner ready to fill any type of bread that will make your guests lick their fingers.
Ingredients:
4 people
Difficulty: easy
Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
250g barbecue sauce
200 ml of chicken broth
Black pepper
Salt to taste
To accompany:
Bathrooms
sliced cucumber
Julienne red onion
Peppermint
fresh coriander
Preparation:
Clean the breasts well of fat and bones, season them to taste and place them in our Active Pro pressure cooker, add the barbecue sauce and smear the breasts well on all sides, then pour in the chicken broth, close the pot and pressurize 1. When the spout comes out, turn the heat to 5 on induction, medium heat on another type of cooker, and cook for 10 minutes.
After the time we depressurize, remove the breasts and fray them with the help of two forks, once the two frayed breasts are returned to the broth that we have left over and we can freeze or store in the fridge for 4-5 days. Then, to serve, heat in a saucepan.
To assemble the baths, we must first steam them for 10 minutes, if you do not have baths, you can use this chicken to fill tacos, fajitas, hamburger buns, sandwiches, etc., in short, even a baguette.
We open the baths and put some slices of cucumber, then some strips of red onion in julienne, fill well with meat and finally some leaves of mint and others of coriander.
