4 cheese spaghetti

A perfect dish for pasta and cheese lovers, very easy to make and delicious.
Ingredients:
300 g of spaghetti
20 g butter
200 ml of cooking cream
150 g assorted cheeses (parmesan, Idiazabal, mozzarella, gorgonzola)
1 ladle of cooking water
Fresh parsley
Nutmeg
Black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
Place a Signature pot with plenty of boiling water. Add salt and boil the spaghetti for a couple of minutes less than the time indicated by the manufacturer.
We need 4 different types of cheese, we are going to use Parmesan, Idiazabal, Gorgonzola and Mozzarella. It is important to grate them if they are aged or crumble them if they are creamy like Gorgonzola. In total I am going to use 150 g of cheese.
In a frying pan or saucepan, add the butter and let it melt. Add the cooking cream. Stir and then add the different cheeses: grated Parmesan, grated Idiazabal, grated mozzarella and crumbled Gorgonzola. Stir over a low heat until the cheeses have completely melted. Add nutmeg to taste and a little black pepper. Salt is not necessary since the cheeses already contain salt.
Once the pasta is cooked, we transfer it from the pot to the Signature casserole and add a little of the cooking water. We mix well to coat the spaghetti for a couple of minutes and they are ready to serve.
We serve our spaghetti and sprinkle with parsley and a little freshly ground pepper.
I can tell you that no one will be able to resist these 4 cheese spaghetti.
