Express prawn fideuá
We cannot always spend enough care in the kitchen to prepare a paella or a traditional fideuá with all the time it takes.
This recipe is perfect for those occasions and will become your go-to when you want rich-flavored noodles without spending a lot of time on them.
Ingredients:
250g thin noodles
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoons of oil
5 tablespoons of homemade fried tomato
1 green bell pepper chopped into pieces
1 red bell pepper chopped
200 g of prawns
1 teaspoon paprika
a few strands of saffron
500 ml of fish broth
Preparation:
In an Efficient Plus paella pan, sauté half the minced garlic in half the oil. When it is golden add the noodles and toast lightly.
Remove and in the same paella pan sauté the rest of the garlic. Add the peppers and sauté until soft.
Add the tomato and prawns and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add the spices and mix well.
We return the noodles and move well. Add the broth and rectify salt. Let cook over medium heat until the broth has almost evaporated.
Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. We serve accompanied by ali-oli and a little chopped parsley on top.

Excelentes las recetas que recibo de vosotros. Tengo unos cuantos de sus utensilios de cocina que he adquirido aquí en mi país y los he usado con sus recetas, son muy sabrosas. A propósito, aprovecho la oportunidad para solicitarles que permitan la exportación a Argentina de la sartén doble o “Dupla” más pequeña, la de 20 cm, ya que aquí las tiendas nos informan que no se consiguen porque vosotros no la exportais.
