1 pink tomato
6 slices of bacon
6 slices of braised turkey

The first thing we have to do is toast our slices of bread, for this we lightly brush our foodie griddle with butter. Pass the slices of bread on both sides and reserve them.
In a frying pan, cook the slices of bacon. To do this, pour a splash of extra virgin olive oil and fry them until they are golden and crispy. Remove on kitchen paper to release excess oil.
To make the sandwich, first put a slice of sliced bread, brush it well with mayonnaise, then place some well-washed and drained Trocadero lettuce leaves, continue with a few slices of tomato, a pinch of salt. Next we put 3 strips of bacon, you must take into account that this is a sandwich that one of its characteristics is that the ingredients do not protrude from the bread, so we will cut the bacon so that the entire slice has bacon.
Next, we put 3 slices of braised turkey, paint another slice of bread with mayonnaise and cover the sandwich, we are going to present it in the purest hotel style, so we are going to stick 4 skewers in the sandwich and we are going to cut it diagonally to get 4 perfect triangles. We do the same with the other sandwich.
We serve accompanied by some good fries.
