2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
½ teaspoon mustard

We add the milk little by little until we obtain a dough with which we can form balls.
Add the spices and knead until everything is well integrated.
Let stand in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the crushed kikos. In a deep plate, beat the eggs. We booked.
We take a portion of the dough and with the help of our hands we shape it into a ball. Flatten with your hands gently to give it a nugget shape.
We pass it through flour, then through beaten egg and finally through the bread mixed with the kikos.
In an Advanced frying pan, fry them in plenty of olive oil over medium heat, letting them brown gently. Transfer them to a plate with absorbent paper.
For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with the honey and mustard and serve on skewers accompanied by the sauce.
