Today we bring an express recipe for a single dish perfect for taking care of ourselves and our loved ones.
It is suitable for all audiences and a different way of eating legumes. You only need 10 minutes and you will have a rich and fat-free meal.
1 can of cooked chickpeas
2 fresh onions
1 bunch of chopped parsley
2 chicken breast fillets
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
A pinch of hot paprika
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
2 diets of garlic very minced
salt and black pepper
Wash and drain the chickpeas well. We booked. Chop the onion very finely. We booked.
In a bowl, put the chicken breast cut into strips. Add the cumin, paprika, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of olive oil. We mix well.
Slightly heat an Advanced pan and add the breast. We let it cook well on all sides, moving without stopping so that all the pieces are well browned. We remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Add the finely chopped onion. When the onion is soft, add the chickpeas and sauté. Add a tablespoon of sesame seeds and give a few turns.
