Lentils in the garden

There are still cold days left and for them nothing like legumes. And of course we can stew them with chorizo ​​and black pudding, but today we are going to show that only with vegetables they are also a finger-licking dish.

If we use the Excellent pressure cooker on top, then they take on another dimension because in just half an hour we have a delicious dish to eat.

Ingredients

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 green bell pepper

1 red bell pepper

1 carrot

Salt, a bay leaf

A few grains of black pepper

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

500 g pardiñas lentils (the smallest ones)

750 ml of vegetable broth

1 little fresh parsley

Preparation

In the pressure cooker, sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic over low heat with a little olive oil.

When the onion is soft, add the chopped red and green pepper and sauté for a couple of minutes. We do the same with the carrot.

Once we have the vegetables ready, add a bay leaf, sweet paprika, pepper and a little salt. Add the lentils and cover with vegetable broth. and close the Excellent pressure cooker .

Let cook 8-10 minutes from when it starts to whistle.

Serve with some chopped fresh parsley.

Los tiempos están todos mal calculados. Y en sus manuales, mucho peor.
Tienen por ejemplo tiernos para las lentejas superiores a los que proponen para las judías blancas o pintas. ¿En serio?
Pues con la carne…
Hay que darle una vuelta a los manuales.

Hola, yo he comprado la ACTIVE PRO Bra y viendo las recetas no sé si debo usar la presión 1 o la 2. Tampoco consigo encontrar tiempos y presión adecuada para cocer el ARROZ INTEGRAL. Por favor, podrían ayudarme? Gracias !

Hola, acabo de comprar la olla EXCELLENT BRA de 4 l y no sé en qué casos debo dejar asomar una raya ó las dos rayas . Tampoco tengo claro si es en función de que se haga una cocción rápida (1) ó súper rápida (2). Espero que puedan ayudarme. Muchas gracias
