Funghi and porcini pasta
Pasta is undoubtedly one of the most popular dishes in the kitchen these days because it can be prepared with whatever is in the fridge and because almost everyone likes it.
Today I bring you one of my favorite recipes that is prepared while the pasta is cooking.
Ingredients
400g pasta
150 g of mixed mushrooms
1 bunch of parsley
40g of butter
A little bit of salt
freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
In aSignature Olla-Colapasta, bring plenty of water to a boil with a handful of salt.
When it starts to boil, put the pasta to cook following the manufacturer's instructions.
Meanwhile, wash and finely chop the mushrooms.
In a Bra pan, heat the butter over low heat so it doesn't burn. Add the garlic and sauté lightly until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and sauté leaving them al dente.
Season and add a little chopped parsley.
When the pasta is ready, drain from the water and add to the pan with the mushrooms. Flip a couple of times and serve immediately.
