One of the recipes that you are going to prepare the most now that autumn arrives and with it, the mushroom season. Today we prepare it with mushrooms, but you can use fresh mushrooms.
6 pieces of chicken
200 g sliced mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
200 ml of milk
100 ml of cream
1 tablespoon of meat concentrate
Chop the onion, leek and garlic cloves.
Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and fry them in a low-advance pan with a little oil until they are well browned (about 3 minutes on each side). Once golden, remove them from the pan.
Add the onion and minced garlic and sauté over low heat until golden brown and the onion is very soft. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté them together with the onion and garlic.
Then we add the chicken to the ingredients and add the meat concentrate together with the milk and cream. We move well and rectify salt and poimienta.
Cover and cook for about 15 minutes until the chicken is well cooked.
Serve with our favorite side dish.
