This honey salmon is very easy to prepare and is perfect for the whole family.
We can also add the leftover vegetables that we have left over in the fridge and it will be delicious because salmon goes with everything!
400 g of small potatoes
5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of hot paprika
2 tablespoons melted butter
a little minced garlic
Cook the potatoes with skin. When they are ready, we crush them slightly with a glass
In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients. We cover the salmon fillets with it. We reserve and save the rest of the marinade to accompany at the end.
In an efficient frying pan, brown the potatoes with a little oil until crisp.
Remove the potatoes from the pan and add the salmon skin side down. Brown for a couple of minutes on each side, or until the salmon reaches the desired cooking point.
Serve with the potatoes and the rest of the marinade on top.
