We are used to preparing starters, canapés and various appetizers for our Christmas meals.
This year we wanted to make a hot and appetizing spoon dish, a soup, although it is not just any soup, it is a Christmas soup or stuffed galets soup.
Ingredients: 4-6 people
- 1 liter of chicken broth
- 250 g of large cookies
- 320 g of sausage
- Fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 small garlic
- A handful of breadcrumbs
- First of all, we open the casing of the sausage and put it in a bowl, along with a beaten egg, finely chopped garlic, a handful of chopped fresh parsley and a handful of breadcrumbs. We mix well.
- We fill the galets with a pastry bag or with the help of a skewer, we have to try to fill them well and reserve them.
- Pour the stock into a 24cm Signature low saucepan , add the galets and cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes. It is important that it does not boil very hard so that the galets do not break.
- We serve very hot.
