This is going to be the wild card of the summer for an informal dinner with friends. Easy, delicious and super quick to prepare. Take note!
350 g of lean minced meat (beef, chicken, turkey). It can also be replaced with vegan "meat", textured soy, cooked lentils...
6 whole wheat tortillas
½ onion, chopped
1 piece of chopped red pepper
1 piece of chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon tomato concentrate
mild guacamole sauce
grated mozzarella cheese
ground black pepper
Put the Bra Cocina Next frying pan on the heat and add a little oil.
Cook the onion with the pepper for a few minutes (the vegetable can be frozen).
Next, add the meat and season with a little salt and pepper.
Add the tomato paste, integrate and cook until well done.
Cut some medium circles in the center of 3 of the tortillas and reserve.
Take one of the uncut tortillas, put guacamole sauce in the center, a layer of meat on top, and finally, a little grated cheese.
Cover with the circle that you had cut and close the edges of the large tortilla as you see in the video.
Cook in the pan until golden on both sides.
Do the same with the other two tortillas.
Cut in half to share and serve hot.
