35 g of ground almonds
1 tsp chemical yeast (baking powder)
30 ml of water
A pinch of salt (optional)
2 slices havarti cheese
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 little grated cheese (mozzarella or emmental)
1 pinch of oil
Put all the ingredients, except the cheeses, in a microwave-safe container or Tupperware (square if possible)
Cook 2 min in the microwave at maximum power.
Let cool and cut in half lengthwise.
Put a grill on the fire and add a pinch of oil.
Place one of the two parts of the bread.
Fill with the cheeses.
Toast a couple of minutes on each side so that it is crispy on the outside and with the cheese melted on the inside.
