Nothing better for summer than tartares. Easy and simple to prepare, we can make them with any meat or fish, but bluefin tuna is undoubtedly the winner among fish due to its finesse and texture. Now is the time for almadraba so it is easier than ever to find it fresh in the market
300 gr of fresh red tuna.
1/2 spring onion
3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
1 small teaspoon of wasabi
Sesame seeds to decorate.
Extra virgin olive oil
With the help of a Brafilleting knife , chop the tuna first into half-cm slices and then into small squares.
Finely chop the spring onion with the help of a Santoku knife .
In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the tuna and the sesame.
Add the chopped tuna along with the spring onion and marinate for about 10 minutes.
Serve with a little sesame on top.
