Vague omelette with black pudding and piparras
How do you make a lazy omelette? Well, it's similar to a fritatta but even easier if you have a double pan from Bra.
We beat the eggs, add the best ingredients and that's it! We don't need an oven because the double pan will do the job in this recipe.
Ingredients
• 4 eggs
• 1 purple onion
• 1/2 black pudding
• 1 cayenne
• Half a packet of chips
• A little salt and black pepper
• A little EVOO
• Some canned piparras
• A little parsley
Preparation
Beat the eggs and reserve.
In a dupla Prémiere pan , sauté the finely chopped spring onion. We pour over the eggs and sauté the shredded blood sausage with our hands, which we also add to the beaten eggs. We salt and pepper
Heat the pan again and pour the egg mixture over it. Let cook for a couple of minutes and cover with the other double pan. Let cook a couple more minutes and remove from heat. We serve with some cherry tomatoes, some piparras on top and a little chopped parsley.
