Description

The non-stick stainless steel colander from the Professional collection is ideal for cooking like a chef, thanks to its professional design line studied according to the needs of gourmet cooking.

Perfect for use as a colander, both to drain pasta cooking liquid or to strain broth or stock once cooked, it is also ideal as a container for steaming vegetables, legumes or fish, and even for boiling hard-boiled eggs at the same time as potato salad greens cook inside the pot. Its wide diameter also allows you to use it to drain oil from fried potatoes, empanadas or croquettes, helping prevent them from getting soggy, and even to filter oil thoroughly from fried potatoes before adding them to eggs to make a delicious Spanish omelet. A very practical, elegant and versatile colander that also lets you steam food easily.
