Includes two orange silicone handles for comfortable handling of the pot.

The Efficient tall pot is perfect for preparing all kinds of stews, broths, and vegetable or legume creams, both on the stovetop and in the oven. Its excellent heat distribution and transparent lid— which retains cooking temperature and steam, and lets you monitor cooking without lifting it— help reduce cooking times. It’s ideal for cooking all types of long and short pasta, whether chopped or whole vegetables, or legumes. It’s perfect for making slow-cooked stews like goulash, braised beans, confit pork belly strips, or artichokes prepared this way. Its even heat distribution makes it great for making a delicious Castilian soup or onion soup, and you can finish it with a gratin in the oven without switching containers. In both sizes, it’s a practical, highly functional pot with large capacity, perfect for efficient cooking and very easy to clean.
