The two high saucepans, two low saucepans, and the saucepan are very functional pieces—beyond being suitable for any kitchen type, they can also be used in the oven. The saucepan is perfect not just for heating liquids like milk, water, or broth. Its taller walls than a frying pan make it ideal for frying croquettes, fritters, or fries, even for preparing sauces to accompany your dishes or creams to make desserts. The saucepans are great for one-pot meals like all types of legumes, for dry or soupy rice, for fish stews, or for cooking all kinds of meats both on the stovetop and roasted in the oven. Plus, they’re excellent molds for baking cakes, cheesecakes, empanadas, puff-pastry tarts, quiches, or roasting apples and pears for a healthy, delicious dessert. With this set, cooking any recipe quickly, healthily, with very little oil, lots of flavor, and no sticking is a comfortable and simple experience. And thanks to its non-stick coating, cleaning is very easy.
