The Bistro frying pan is designed to deliver perfect cooking results and extraordinary resistance to wear and scratching. It is a sturdy frying pan thanks to its body of non-deformable cast aluminum and the quality of its Profile non-stick coating, exclusive to Bra in Spain, reinforced with MetalTec technology.

It is made of cast aluminum and suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. Additionally, it has excellent heat distribution for perfect, highly efficient cooking of all our recipes.

• It features the Profile non-stick coating reinforced with MetalTec impact technology, which modifies the surface to provide an exceptional finish.
• It is an ideal frying pan for preparing all kinds of recipes, even the most elaborate ones, by combining its different sizes. You can cook sauces or make fried eggs in the smaller ones, while in the larger diameters you can sear meat, cook fish or grilled chicken breast, bread and fry pork loin fillets, or fry potatoes as a side. They are perfect both for sautéing vegetables and making scrambled mushrooms, and for preparing pisto, Bolognese sauce, any carbonara pasta, or making the béchamel for croquettes. The smallest pans have the perfect size and good height to fry calamari, empanadas, fritters, or donuts optimally, quickly, and while maintaining oil temperature. With all sizes, it's possible to cook with them without fear and without slowing down.
