The Infinity pan is designed to deliver the best cooking results, combined with its ultra scratch and wear-resistant Profile non-stick coating. Its handle is detachable, with a perfect fit, allowing you to easily detach it for use in the oven, dishwasher, and for storage.

It is made of cast aluminum body and, thanks to its diffuser base full induction, it is suitable for all heat sources (including induction). Plus, it has excellent heat distribution for perfect cooking of all your recipes.

It is an ideal pan for making countless recipes, both stovetop and oven, thanks to its comfortable detachable handle. With the same pan, you can sear meat or chicken on the stovetop, then finish roasting it in the oven, paired with some sliced potato wedges or zucchini slices. Combining its sizes, they’re perfect for preparing sauces or frying eggs in the smaller ones, while cooking fish, breaded pork loin steaks, or mushrooms in the larger diameters. They are ideal for sautéing vegetables or making a scrambled mushroom dish, as well as for preparing pisto, bolognese sauce, any carbonara-style pasta, or the béchamel for croquettes. The smallest pans have the perfect size to fry donuts, fritters, empanadas, or croquetas optimally, quickly, and while maintaining oil temperature. You’ll be surprised how well any dish turns out in the oven and how easy it is to prepare. You can cook Provençal-style tomatoes on the stovetop and broil them in the same pan. Prepare baked apples or pears, scoring them with a bit of butter and cinnamon, and put the pan in the oven (with the handle removed) to bake a delicious dessert. It’s also perfect for making a delicious tarte Tatin, a pan-sized cookie, or a cherry clafoutis. Thanks to its detachable handle, cooking with this pan is very easy and fast.
