It is made of cast aluminum body and, thanks to its diffusion base full induction, it is suitable for all heat sources (including induction). Additionally, it has excellent heat distribution for perfect cooking of all our recipes.

The smallest pans are the perfect size for frying donuts, fritters, empanadas, or croquettes optimally, quickly, and maintaining oil temperature.
