The Market paella pan has been designed to deliver the best cooking results, paired with its non-stick coating Profile ultra-resistant to wear and scratch damage.

It is made of cast aluminum body, and thanks to its diffusion base full induction, it works with all heat sources (including induction). Plus, it has excellent heat distribution for perfect cooking of all our recipes.

It is an ideal paella pan not only for preparing all types of paellas and fideuás. From a traditional and flavorful Valencian paella, black rice with peas and cuttlefish, arroz del señorito or a delicious fideuá with its perfect oven finish. Its large non-stick surface and excellent heat distribution also allow you to use it as a griddle to cook any vegetables, dinner fish or lunch meat for the whole family quickly, cleanly and with barely any oil. Hake or sea bass fillets, slices of monkfish or bonito, cuttlefish or small squid with garlic and parsley, or mussels will turn out perfectly. The same goes for any meat you want to cook on the griddle: a little loin with salt and pepper, a chicken breast sprinkled with a pinch of thyme or a beef entrecôte with a touch of mustard right before serving on the plate. And since it is oven-safe up to 220 ºC, you can roast some chicken pieces with pan-fried potatoes seasoned with your favorite herbs, bake any fish with vegetables for a complete dish, and even cook a delicious puff pastry apple tart or tuna and pepper empanada. Thanks to its non-stick coating, you can cook any food with very little oil without anything sticking, very efficiently and with excellent results.
