The Premiere paella pan combines the quality of non-stick cast aluminum with modern design. It is a sturdy paella pan with Innovations non-stick coating.

It works with all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. It also has excellent heat distribution for perfect cooking of all our recipes.

It includes two red silicone handles.

The Premiere paella pan is ideal not only for preparing all types of paellas and fideuás. From a traditional and delicious Valencian paella, black rice with peas and cuttlefish, arroz del señorito, or a delicious fideuá with its perfect oven finish. Its large non-stick surface also lets you use it as a griddle to cook quickly and cleanly, with almost no oil, any vegetables, dinner fish, or lunch meat for the whole family. Hake or sea bass fillets, slices of anglerfish or bonito, cuttlefish or calamari with garlic and parsley, or mussels will turn out perfectly. The same goes for any meat you want to cook on the griddle: a bit of pork loin with salt and pepper, a chicken breast sprinkled with a pinch of thyme, or a beef entrecôte with a touch of mustard right before serving. And since it’s oven-safe, it lets you roast chicken pieces with pan-fried potatoes seasoned with your favorite herbs, bake any fish with vegetables for a complete meal, and even make a delicious apple puff pastry tart or tuna and pepper empanada. Cooking with it is very easy and convenient. A versatile, functional piece that’s very helpful and durable.
