The Foodie induction-compatible baking tray is a 41 cm x 29 cm pan that combines efficiency and quality for intensive kitchen use with excellent results. It is a sturdy tray thanks to its cast aluminum body and the quality of its Innovations three-layer non-stick coating.

It is a versatile tray, as in addition to being for use in the oven, it is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. It also has excellent heat distribution for perfect cooking of all our recipes.

The Foodie tray is perfect for both your oven recipes and cooking even on induction. Its surface is ideal for gratinating cannelloni, preparing lasagna, cooking and roasting all kinds of meats with their sides or delicious fish with vegetables. It also lets you bake savory flatbreads, pizzas, or an exquisite focaccia with rosemary and cherry tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil. And if you prefer sweet recipes, this tray is an excellent mold for a delicious sponge cake or a classic grandma-style tart. Being suitable for stovetop cooking, you can prepare your recipes without any issues using it as a perfect griddle for cooking fish, a pan for vegetables or assorted mushrooms, with barely any oil, since nothing sticks to it. It is so practical that if you want to give a final touch in the oven to what you cooked on the stovetop, you don’t need to switch pans, as you can bake directly in it. An excellent tray where nothing sticks, helping you cook practically and efficiently without making extra mess.
