The Efficient Plus pan combines the best technology for perfect results with extraordinary wear and scratch resistance. It's a sturdy and durable pan with a cast aluminium body and quality PFOA-free non-stick coating, exclusive to Bra in Spain.
It's suitable for all types of hob (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. It also has excellent temperature distribution for the perfect cooking of all your favourite recipes.
It's the perfect pan for making all kinds of recipes, even the most elaborate, combining their different sizes. The smaller ones are perfect for preparing sauces or frying eggs, while in the larger ones you can cook meat, fish or chicken breast, brown some breaded tenderloin fillets, or even make chips. They're great for sautéing mushrooms or, for example, preparing scrambled eggs, as well as for making pisto, Bolognese sauce, any carbonara-style pasta or even for cooking the béchamel sauce for croquettes. The smaller pans are the perfect size for frying croquettes, empanadillas, buñuelos, dumplings, fritters and doughnuts – quickly, efficiently and all the while maintaining the perfect oil temperature. In all sizes, our pans result in extraordinary cooking experiences thanks to their incredible resistance.
