Description

The Signature non-stick stainless steel steamer and strainer has an elegant, highly functional design and is extremely versatile: it can be used to steam all types of food, as well as a strainer to drain broth and strain pasta, vegetables, or rice. It features a shiny finish and ergonomic handles for comfortable handling.

Available in two sizes:

20 cm diameter (height 10 cm)
24 cm diameter (height 11 cm)

With this steamer, you can steam vegetables, legumes, or fish, and even boil hard-boiled eggs at the same time that the salad vegetables are boiling inside the pot.

It is also ideal as a strainer, whether to drain cooking liquid from pasta, vegetables, or rice, or to strain broth or stock once cooked. Its wide diameter also lets you use it to drain oil from freshly fried foods, helping them avoid getting soggy, and even to thoroughly strain oil from fried potatoes before adding them to eggs to make a delicious Spanish omelet.
